What is Realigning Yoga Massage?
A Transformative Yoga Massage Training for Your Body, Mind, and Soul!
Realigning Yoga Massage is an innovative healing modality that combines the therapeutic benefits of deep tissue massage with passive yoga stretches. This approach helps the body naturally find its optimal alignment, promoting overall health and well-being.
Special emphasis is placed on Navel Activation to support gut health and pelvic alignment, both crucial for long-term vitality.

In this 9 days, you will learn basic and advance level massage training, navel alignment and body aligning stretches. This is a professional training.

Samya is a certified expert in yoga therapy, Ayurveda yoga massage, Chi Nei Tsang, Ayurveda Breast Massage, reflexology, and tantra.
A skilled facilitator of embodied spiritual practices, Samya integrates ancient wisdom with modern healing techniques to guide individuals on their journey of holistic wellness.
Her work emphasizes conscious connections, sexual empowerment, emotional healing, chakra balancing, and sense activation.
She believes that offering body work sessions for over a decade to thousands of individuals, profoundly helped her in opening to her spiritual-energetic bodies and awakened her sensitivity and interconnectedness with another individual.

Ananta
Ananta (Saurav) is the founder of ReDiscover ThySelf and a Master of Awareness with 22 years of experience in yoga and healing practices.
After using yoga to heal his own recurring health issues, he expanded his expertise into meditative inquiry, Ayurveda, energy healing, and yoga massages.
Ananta’s teachings focus on creating harmony between the body, mind, and spirit, fostering deep self-awareness and personal transformation.
His work emphasizes inner silence, self-enquiry, self-love, and awakening, offering individuals a nurturing environment for growth.

Deepak
Deepak is a well-being educator & holistic therapist specializing in navel alignment, Marma yoga, & sensual somatic bodywork. With years of experience, he helps individuals facing mental health, gut health, & psychosomatic challenges, addressing stress, migraines, fibromyalgia, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, insomnia, pelvic release, sexual abuse, & post-delivery recovery.
