  • 10:00 – 60 minutes: Meditation or Activity

  • 11:15 – Bodywork (healing sessions/spa/free time)

  • 12:00 – 60 minutes: Pranayama (Breathwork)

    🔥 Bhastrika Pranayama (Bellows Breath)
    A dynamic practice that mimics the bellows of a blacksmith. It boosts the immune system, enhances vitality, and clears mental fog. Excellent for those feeling sluggish or emotionally blocked.

    Kapalbhati (Shining Skull Cleansing)
    A cleansing kriya (not a pranayama) that energizes the mind and body, improves digestion, and clears toxins. With consistent practice, it brings a glow to the face and clarity to the mind.

    🌬 Core & Advanced Pranayama Techniques
    Including:

  • Anulom Vilom – Balances the left and right brain hemispheres, promoting inner harmony.

  • Cooling Pranayamas – Sheetali, Sitkari, and Sadanta offer cooling effects to calm anger and reduce heat in the body.

  • Bhramari – Produces a soothing humming sound that calms the nervous system and improves focus.

  • Nadanusandhana (AUM Sound Meditation) – Includes vocalizing:
