This 3 day Digestive disorder wellness program creates the perfect environment to understand the process to break through and free from many ailments of the digestive system, starting from mouth to rectum are traceable to stress and modern lifestyle.

A stressful erratic lifestyle with suppressed negative emotions, unexpressed fears, and wrong habits of eating, sleeping, drinking, smoking etc., over long periods, can permanently disturb the balance resulting in common ailments like repeated mouth ulcers, hyperacidity, peptic ulcer, irritable bowel syndrome, ulcerative colitis etc.

And that lead to Stress, Anxiety, Sadness to stay in your past conditioning of your personality and limitations that are blocking you from showing up fully for your true self, living your dreams, and the deepest calling of your heart.

Retreats offer a holistic approach to health & well-being through our program of activities that include

yoga (loosening, kriyas, breathing techniques, asanas), healing meditation, learning and understanding the core reason for your emotions. It is with great joy to share with you this magical land and beautiful retreat space, peaceful yoga, and well-being sanctuary all nestled within lush green nature.

The first body layer, the solid physical body, visible to our eyes made of a permutation and combination of hydrogen, oxygen, carbon, nitrogen, calcium and potassium etc. is called Annamaya Kosa (Physical body).


The life energy (prana) that makes each and every cell carry on its functions is Pranayama Kosa (vital energy body), is the second. The right dose of prana is supplied to all cells to maintain health.


The mind which carries on the functions of perception, memory and emotions is called Manomaya Kosa (mind-body or astral body), the third layer.


The inner mind that controls and guides the manomaya kosa is the fourth aspect of our personality called Vijnanamaya Kosa (Understanding body or buddhi). This is the judge who decides what is right and wrong based on life’s experiences so that one can live a life of contentment, bliss and happiness.

In the fifth, which is the subtlest body called Anandamaya Kosa (Bliss body), the person is in perfect health at physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual levels because of total inner mastery over the functioning of each one of the other kosa.

The last we called it Self or Atman, this is not a Kosa but beyond the kosas once you realise this Atman or self you are deeply connected with Pure consciousness or Collective consciousness or Oneness. In this state, you are divine. Whatever you do or think it will remain pure and bring no attachments and pain.

For all the kosas or layers of existences which we are carrying since we born in this very physical body.

1) 𝗣𝗛𝗬𝗦𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗟 𝗕𝗢𝗗𝗬: 𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗦𝗧 𝗟𝗔𝗬𝗘𝗥 (Release & Relief)

The support system will be yoga.
* 2 sessions of Therapeutic yoga or Kriya yoga for Deep Cleansing of the body


2) 𝗣𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗜𝗖 𝗕𝗢𝗗𝗬: 𝗦𝗘𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗗 𝗟𝗔𝗬𝗘𝗥 (CHI energy or Life Force)

Connection to body & mind.
*2 sessions of BreathWork techniques :


  • Bhastrika

  • Kapalbhathi

  • Re-energised Breathing (full yogic breathing)

  • Pranayama

  • Cooling Pranayama

  • Conscious Aware of Breathing (Relaxing in your Kundalini Energy)

  • Shamanic Breathing (for releasing the holding or stuck energy)

3) 𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗗 𝗕𝗢𝗗𝗬: 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗥𝗗 𝗟𝗔𝗬𝗘𝗥 (Mental body)

A sound body helps the mind to take a pause and look deep within the self, which is - An opportunity to declutter the mind through meditation & pranayama, A platform for the mind to seek awareness.

  • 1 Sessions of OIAC (One-On-One Intensive Aware Counselling Session)

  • 1 Session of Divine energy or Reiki healing work (In Group)

  • 1 or 2 sessions of learning & use BPSC (Body power source cleansing-Hara Massage)

  • 1 session of learning & using EBRR (emotional body release & refresh)

  • 2/3 Sessions of Intensive LEARNING to be more SELF AWARE. (mind & emotions)

The curriculum does not include just the teaching of asanas but ensures the trainees absorb the yogic & meditative way of life and progress of blossoming into his ultimate possibility.

This Place is completely Eco Friendly and the entire structure is made with Mud (House), so it will give you a complete feeling to connect with Mother Nature.
