Self-Love is a transformative 4-day retreat program that gently brings together Therapeutic Yoga, awareness-based learning, healing practices, and meditation.
Guided by Yogi Ananta Guru, the retreat includes a powerful 90-minute yogic process known as the Transmission of Understanding — a guided experiential practice designed to support inner clarity, emotional balance, and self-awareness.
Through this retreat, participants begin to build a strong foundation for a healthier mindset, inner joy, and a deeper sense of meaning in life. Rather than focusing on change through effort, the program encourages awareness, presence, and conscious understanding as the basis for lasting well-being.
This retreat is not about fixing yourself, but about reconnecting with your natural state of balance and happiness — allowing self-love to arise organically and become part of everyday living.

“How do I even do that?”
“I already love others selflessly.”

Here, we invite you to gently set these questions aside — not to dismiss them, but to approach self-love from a softer and more open place.
Rather than trying to understand self-love intellectually, this retreat invites you to experience it.
Through stillness, breath, gentle movement, and presence, you are guided back into connection with your body, emotions, and inner world.
There is nothing you need to fix or achieve.
Only an invitation to pause, slow down, and reconnect.
Self-love is not something you need to create.
It is something you remember.
Why Self-Love Matters
Self-love is one of the most essential inner qualities a human being needs in order to live and grow in harmony.
It is the foundation of emotional balance, clarity, and inner stability.
When self-love is present, inner resistance softens. Emotional blockages begin to release, allowing growth, confidence, and natural success to flow.
When self-love is low, its effects are felt across every area of life. Relationships may feel strained or unfulfilling. Career growth can feel limited or unsatisfying. Self-belief weakens, and even achievements may feel incomplete or undeserved.
Without self-love, we often accept less than we deserve — in love, in work, and in life. We hesitate to express ourselves fully or to claim what is naturally ours.
Self-love is not selfishness or ego.
It is the inner permission to value yourself, trust your needs, and stand rooted in who you are.

Our Understanding Says

WELCOME
Our understanding is that self-love is often lost — or never fully formed — due to the conditions we absorb from childhood.
These conditions are created unconsciously through our family environment, education, comparisons, and social surroundings. They are formed without awareness, logic, or conscious choice, yet they quietly shape how we see ourselves.
Over time, these inner conditions begin to speak through thoughts such as:
“I am responsible for everything that goes wrong.”
“I am not successful enough.”
“I am not as good as others.”
“People don’t like me.”
“I lack confidence, skills, or intelligence.”
“I am not rich, capable, or perfect.”
“I make too many mistakes.”


These beliefs are not truths.
They are interpretations we formed while growing up.
Because these conditions were created within our own mind, they can also be gently released. This does not happen through force or self-criticism, but through awareness and understanding.
By seeing ourselves clearly — beyond conditioning — we begin to reconnect with our true nature. From this understanding, self-love arises naturally, without comparison, judgment, or effort.



At the level of our true nature, we are all created equal. There is no real basis for comparison between human beings. Each of us is born whole, complete, and unique.
We are gifted with free will — the ability to live our lives through our own understanding and to grow through conscious choices. Happiness is not something we need to earn; it is a natural quality within us.
We are created with love, and when we live from this space, our actions, relationships, and perceptions become free from bias, fear, and judgment. From this place, we are able to see ourselves and others with clarity and compassion.
We also hold the power to shape our lives. Our growth or limitation is not decided by people or situations around us, but by the understanding through which we respond to life.
When old conditions are replaced with deeper understanding, we naturally experience growth — in career, confidence, relationships, and inner harmony. Life becomes an expression of who we truly are, and through this living, we begin to create meaningful impact in the world.

Meditation is a state of being 'aware' of everything within you! Yes, being aware! not about knowing .. not about being informed .. not about experiencing things - but being aware! And that requires that you need to live life as you know it, not quit it to seek awareness

Chakra breathing Meditation
This active meditation uses deep, rapid breathing and body movement to open and bring awareness, vitality and silence to each of the seven chakras and into your life. This meditation is best done on an empty stomach.

Kundalini Meditation
Being fully immersed in the shaking and dancing of the first two stages helps to “melt” the rock-like being, wherever the energy flow has been repressed and blocked. Then that energy can flow, dance and be transformed into bliss and joy. The last two stages enable all this energy to flow vertically, to move upwards into silence. It is a highly effective way of unwinding and letting go at the end of the day. Excellent to release trauma, tone the abdomen and open all the chakras to access kundalini energy and power.

Gibberish Meditation
A powerful meditation to clear the throat and voice emotions using a nonsense made-up language to clear emotions and still the mind.

Nadabrahma Meditation
Nadabrahma is the humming meditation – through humming and hand movements, conflicting parts of you start falling in tune, and you bring harmony to your whole being. Then, with body and mind totally together, you “slip out of their hold” and become a witness to both. This watching from the outside is what brings peace, silence and bliss.

The Rosewood Wellness Center is a quiet and peaceful retreat space located in Mandrem, North Goa. Surrounded by greenery and open natural surroundings, it offers a supportive environment for rest, reflection, and inner work.
The center is designed to provide comfort and simplicity, allowing participants to step away from daily distractions and reconnect with themselves. Mandrem Beach is approximately 2–2.5 km from the venue and can be easily reached by a short walk or local transport.
Its calm atmosphere and proximity to nature make The Rosewood a suitable setting for meditation, yoga, and wellness retreats.
