This 3 day Yoga & Meditation retreat creates the perfect environment to break through and free yourself from Stress, Anxiety, past conditioning of your personality and limitations that are blocking you from showing up fully for your true self, living your dreams, and the deepest calling of your heart.

Retreats offers a holistic approach to health and wellbeing through our program of activities that include yoga ( loosening, kriyas, breathing techniques, asanas ) & meditation.

Program aspects include Higher Wellbeing with Yoga, powerful breathwork, Mindfulness meditations, understanding about Self, intensive Self-introspection to learn yogic practices, and various other complementary aspects.

Exploring the yogic practice will ultimately let you realize that it is the key to go deeper layers of your mind and layers of unseen patterns which are everything for what you might have been waiting for, and it could help you transform your life to create more joy, happiness & meaningfulness.

The curriculum does not include just the teaching of asanas but ensures the trainees absorb the yogic & meditative way of life and progress of blossoming into his ultimate possibility.

This Place is completely Eco Friendly and the entire structure is made with Mud (House), so it will give you a complete feeling to connect with Mother Nature.
